AssetStacc · Outsourced fleet maintenance management
Your Team Runs the Business. Who Is Managing Fleet Maintenance?
No mechanics? No dedicated fleet manager? Fractional fleet management gives you a defined point of accountability for maintenance planning, records, repair coordination and reporting.

Built around the assets your business depends on
Trades and service fleets, delivery operators, landscaping and property service companies—of any size—that send all repairs outside and handle maintenance through owners or operations staff.
- Service vans
- Pickups
- Box & delivery trucks
- Trailers
- Mowers & powered equipment
- Generators
Where maintenance gets difficult
- Preventive maintenance is missed until something breaks.
- Owners or dispatchers chase repair shops between appointments.
- Invoices arrive without a clear link to the vehicle's history.
- There is no regular report showing what is overdue or out of service.
A practical maintenance program—not another disconnected file
Fractional fleet management, explained
A part-time, scoped maintenance lead: you get planning, follow-up and reporting without hiring a full-time fleet manager.
Your shops, organized
Keep vendors you trust. Each visit, estimate and invoice is recorded against the asset in AssetStacc.
Reporting you can act on
Agreed-cadence summaries of upcoming and overdue work, open repairs and recorded costs. Baselines are measured first; no reductions are guaranteed.

Common questions
Can we keep the repair shops we already trust?
Yes, where practical and agreed. AssetStacc coordinates with and records work from your existing vendors. There is no nationwide repair network, and no shop is replaced without your decision.
We already have a fleet manager. Is this still relevant?
It can be. Many fleet managers lack time or technical support for estimate review, vendor follow-up and reporting. Support can be targeted advisory or region-level help alongside your current team—not a replacement.
Does AssetStacc approve repairs for us?
No. You keep spending and repair approvals. AssetStacc only reviews and recommends within the authority you define.
How is this different from the software or mobile service?
Software: your team runs its own program. Consulting: assessment, setup and periodic advice. Managed coordination: recurring oversight and follow-through under agreed scope. Hands-on Mobile Service is separately quoted, Greater Sacramento with Bay Area by request.
