Built around the assets your business depends on

Independent delivery contractors, couriers, last-mile operators, appliance and furniture delivery businesses and distributors. No carrier or marketplace affiliation is implied.

  • Cars
  • Cargo vans
  • Pickups
  • Box trucks
  • Commercial trucks
  • Trailers & material-handling equipment

Where maintenance gets difficult

  • High-mileage service becomes overdue between busy shifts.
  • Vehicles return from different repair shops with disconnected paperwork.
  • Inspection concerns do not have a clear maintenance follow-up.
  • Decisions about a repeatedly repaired unit lack a complete history.

A repeatable maintenance workflow

Service intervals tied to vehicle use

Maintain recorded mileage and set preventive service intervals. Review due and overdue maintenance before creating and assigning work.

A documented return-to-service trail

Link inspection findings, repair activity, notes and photos to the vehicle. Keep the work record available to staff who need to review it.

Repair and cost oversight

Review completed work and recorded repair costs by unit. Consulting can help define a consistent process for outside shop coordination.

Common questions

Does AssetStacc optimize delivery routes or connect to a delivery marketplace?

No route optimization, carrier integration or marketplace affiliation is claimed. AssetStacc supports fleet maintenance and service records.

Can we use our own mechanics or outside repair shops?

Yes. Keep asset records, maintenance schedules, inspections and service history in your workspace. Internal teams can use assigned work, time, photos and notes. Record outside repair activity and costs against the asset; consulting can help define a vendor-coordination process. This is not an automatic repair-vendor marketplace.

Is the software limited to the mobile service area?

No. AssetStacc software serves US businesses independently of hands-on service coverage. Mobile Service primarily serves Greater Sacramento; Bay Area requests require confirmation. Consulting scope and any travel are agreed separately.

What size business is it built for?

Small businesses, midsize companies and large organizations can discuss their asset count, users, locations and maintenance approach. Published plans retain their existing limits and terms; larger or complex requirements need a scope review, not an assumed enterprise guarantee.
