Built around the assets your business depends on

Electrical, plumbing, mechanical and underground utility service businesses; residential and commercial contractors.

  • Service vans & pickups
  • Material trucks
  • Bucket trucks
  • Jetter trailers
  • Pumps & compressors
  • Camera equipment

Where maintenance gets difficult

  • Vehicle records are separate from serialized equipment records.
  • Preventive service is remembered by one person rather than documented.
  • Repair findings and approvals are scattered across messages.
  • Parts, labor and outside work are difficult to review by asset.

A repeatable maintenance workflow

A registry beyond the van

Track vehicles, trailers and serialized equipment with their own identifiers and service history. Set relevant time, mileage or hour-based maintenance intervals.

Document inspections and follow-up

Keep findings, photos and supporting inspection records on the asset. Assign repair work and retain evidence of completion.

Coordinate maintenance decisions

Review estimates, approvals and recorded service costs. Fleet consulting can help define routines and responsibilities when repairs go to outside vendors.

Common questions

Does it replace electrical or plumbing job-management software?

No. The focus is maintaining your fleet and equipment. Trade-specific dispatch, customer installation scheduling and electrical or plumbing design tools are not promised.

Can we use our own mechanics or outside repair shops?

Yes. Keep asset records, maintenance schedules, inspections and service history in your workspace. Internal teams can use assigned work, time, photos and notes. Record outside repair activity and costs against the asset; consulting can help define a vendor-coordination process. This is not an automatic repair-vendor marketplace.

Is the software limited to the mobile service area?

No. AssetStacc software serves US businesses independently of hands-on service coverage. Mobile Service primarily serves Greater Sacramento; Bay Area requests require confirmation. Consulting scope and any travel are agreed separately.

What size business is it built for?

Small businesses, midsize companies and large organizations can discuss their asset count, users, locations and maintenance approach. Published plans retain their existing limits and terms; larger or complex requirements need a scope review, not an assumed enterprise guarantee.
