Bring Branch-Level Maintenance Into One Accountable Program

When each branch picks its own vendors and keeps its own records, nobody sees the whole fleet. Start with one branch, measure a baseline, then roll out what works.

Built around the assets your business depends on

Multi-branch construction, restoration, facility and field-service companies, franchise operators and enterprises whose fleet managers need technical maintenance support. Security, access, reporting and procurement fit are verified first.

  • Service vans
  • Pickups
  • Commercial trucks
  • Trailers
  • Construction equipment
  • Generators & compressors

Where maintenance gets difficult

  • Branches use different vendors and documentation standards.
  • Central teams cannot compare maintenance status across locations.
  • Estimate review and vendor performance depend on who is local.
  • Growth adds branches faster than maintenance processes.

A practical maintenance program—not another disconnected file

Branch pilot

Defined scope and responsibilities at one branch or region, with a baseline of overdue PM, records completeness and approval turnaround.

Measured review

Compare pilot results to the baseline at an agreed review point. No service levels are assumed in advance.

Agreed rollout

Extend practices branch by branch under a written scope, alongside your existing fleet or operations team.

Common questions

We already have a fleet manager. Is this still relevant?

It can be. Many fleet managers lack time or technical support for estimate review, vendor follow-up and reporting. Support can be targeted advisory or region-level help alongside your current team—not a replacement.

Does AssetStacc approve repairs for us?

No. You keep spending and repair approvals. AssetStacc only reviews and recommends within the authority you define.

What locations do you support?

Software and remote consulting serve US businesses. On-site visits, travel and hands-on service are scoped and quoted separately; multi-location work starts with a capability review.

Does consulting guarantee savings or compliance?

No. Scope, deliverables and fees are agreed before work begins. There is no promised ROI, response time, certification or regulatory outcome.
