  Join AssetStacc Mobile Service, doing field diagnostics, preventive maintenance, inspections and authorized repairs on gasoline and diesel vehicles, trucks, small and construction equipment, and off-road/heavy equipment. Placement tracks • On-road vehicles and small/construction equipment. • Off-road/heavy equipment. The owner assigns your track and the work you do based on your actual, verified qualifications. We don't expect every applicant to already handle every machine. Entry-level and apprentice technicians get supervised assignments that match their skills, never unqualified solo hazardous work.

  Responsibilities

  • Get the next day's work orders the evening before, then plan your route, tools and parts.
  • Arrive on time and work on your own, within your approved skill and supervision level.
  • Troubleshoot in the field and document your work accurately.
  • Prepare estimates for owner approval. No unapproved work is ever performed.
  • Track your time and keep customers informed, including upset customers.

  Qualifications

  • English good enough for technical instructions, safety, reports and customer service. Spanish is a plus.
  • Entry level / apprentice through journeyman experience welcome.
  • Certifications help us place you at the right skill level. They are self-reported until the owner verifies them.

  Compensation

  Pay and engagement type (employee or independent contractor) depend on your verified skill level and are discussed privately after interview. Pay is not discussed publicly.

  AssetStacc offers fleet and asset management software, fleet management consulting, and mobile service through AssetStacc Mobile Service. This position sells AssetStacc software subscriptions and Fleet Consulting to businesses and relevant consumer leads. Sales Representative vs. "Sales Partner" Inside AssetStacc, an approved Sales Representative is set up as a "Sales Partner" — the name of the commission-based sales account that tracks your deals and commissions. It is the same commission-based sales role, not a different job. "Partner" does not mean ownership, equity, a shareholder position, or any kind of business partnership, and it does not give authority to sign for AssetStacc, set prices, or offer discounts without owner approval.

  Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify businesses and relevant consumer leads.
  • Run discovery conversations to understand each customer's fleet, equipment and service needs.
  • Demonstrate the AssetStacc software.
  • Prepare owner-approved Fleet Consulting quotes and software subscription proposals.
  • Explain agreements, help customers sign, and arrange payment through AssetStacc's approved payment process.
  • Coordinate onboarding handoff and keep accurate follow-up records.

  Qualifications

  • Proven selling experience.
  • Strong spoken and written communication, and careful listening.
  • Professionalism, including calm handling of upset customers.
  • Disciplined follow-up and independent organization.

  Compensation

  Commission-based. Commission is earned only on revenue AssetStacc actually collects from eligible deals, under written terms set by the owner before any work begins. No earnings are guaranteed, and no salary or benefits are offered with this position. Engagement type is confirmed in writing after interview.
