What it connects
The AssetStacc SaaS Platform connects

Public website
Internal AssetStacc operations
SaaS customer portal
Inspector roles
Multiple inspector types, one core workflow
Each inspector role carries permissions appropriate to its responsibilities while sharing the same inspection engine, defect logic, photo capture and report output.
Payments
Flexible payment methods and terms
Accepted payment methods
Each subscribing company chooses which methods it accepts. Card, wallet and ACH processing requires an approved payment-processor account.
Payment terms and receivables
Due dates, aging, outstanding balances, past-due notices, optional finance charges, credit limits and payment history are calculated automatically. AssetStacc's own default business rule is Net 30.
Financing
Bring your own financing partners
Larger repairs and projects can be routed through approved third-party financing providers. The platform provides a financing integration layer rather than hard-coding a single lender, so each company connects its own approved partners.
- 1. Estimate created
- 2. Customer requests financing
- 3. Application submitted to provider
- 4. Approval or denial returned
- 5. Customer signs electronically
- 6. Estimate converts to work order
- 7. Invoice funded
Financing connections require approval from the financing provider before activation.
GPS & telematics
Modular telematics integrations
Supported provider connectors
Connectors are modular — additional telematics providers can be added without changing the core platform. Each connection requires provider credentials and approval.
Data that can be synchronized
National coverage
Built for all 50 states
The core platform is nationwide. Regional requirements are delivered as modular compliance packages that a company enables where it operates, so state-specific programs never require rebuilding the system.
