Mobile 90-Day Vehicle Safety Inspections & Annual Readiness Audits
90-day vehicle safety inspections for California carriers and readiness audits before the federal annual inspection — at your yard, with each truck, tractor and trailer on its own record. We do not perform CHP BIT terminal inspections; the CHP does. Our readiness audit is not a passing federal annual periodic inspection.

Questions we hear
Can you inspect a single truck?
Yes. Single-vehicle inspections and full-fleet programs are both supported.
Is this a CHP BIT inspection or a federal annual inspection?
Neither. The CHP conducts BIT terminal inspections. Our 90-day inspection is the carrier's own inspection under CVC 34505.5, signed by the carrier's representative. Our readiness audit prepares units for the federal annual inspection under 49 CFR 396.17 but is not that inspection.
Do you come to our yard?
Yes. Inspections are performed at your yard, shop or jobsite so trucks are not tied up in transit.
What happens if a defect is found?
Defects are documented with photos and a repair recommendation, and can be turned straight into an estimate and work order.
