Your fleet already knows what it needs. Now scheduling the service can be just as straightforward. Submit repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections and equipment-service requests online. Select one unit or multiple assets, choose your preferred service date, and track approval through your AssetStacc customer portal. Keep your vehicles working without unnecessary phone calls, shop visits, or scheduling delays.

- 4Choose a preferred appointment at least 24 hours out.
- 5We review availability, parts and location, then send your estimate.
- 6You approve the estimate — and any deposit — and the appointment is confirmed.
Your requested appointment is pending review. AssetStacc will verify availability and send your estimate and appointment status by email. Your appointment is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation notice.
A diagnosis you provide is treated as the service you are requesting, not a guaranteed final diagnosis. We verify the vehicle information, parts, scope, location and availability before confirming. If the actual requirement is different, we explain the findings and send an updated estimate for approval before performing additional work.
