This website is published by AssetStacc Incorporated, which operates the AssetStacc Platform and AssetStacc Mobile Service. Content is written and reviewed in-house under the direction of Larry Vincent Howard III, Founder and Owner. This policy was last reviewed on .
Our standards
Source standards
Regulatory claims cite a government authority and link directly to it. We do not cite paywalled summaries or unattributed secondary sources as the basis for a requirement.
No invented evidence
We do not publish customer names, reviews, testimonials, case-study results, statistics, certifications or partnerships that we cannot substantiate. Absence of a claim on this site is deliberate.
Available today versus roadmap
Product pages state plainly what the platform does today and what is planned. Planned functionality is labelled as roadmap and is not described as if it already exists.
Update dates
Compliance content shows the date it was last reviewed against its sources. Guides show a published and updated date.
Changing regulations
Requirements, fees, deadlines and phase-in schedules change. A last-reviewed date confirms when we checked, not that the rule is unchanged since. The linked authority always controls.
Corrections
Report an inaccuracy to info@assetstacc.com. Substantive corrections are made to the page in question and the last-reviewed date is updated.

If a regulatory reference, date or product statement on this site is inaccurate or out of date, email info@assetstacc.com with the page address and what you believe is wrong. We re-check the claim against the governing authority, correct the page in place rather than publishing a second version, and update its last-reviewed date.
