Roadmap

Feature status, audited

We publish an honest status for every capability so fleets know exactly what the platform does today — and what is still being built or tested.

Live today

Visible, connected, operational and tested in the product right now.

Inspections — CHP BIT 90-Day & DOT Annual

Live

Digital inspection forms, defect logic, photos, signatures and PDF records filed permanently to the asset.

Compliance Management & Registration Tracking

Live — Expanding

BIT, DOT annual, Clean Truck Check and registration deadlines with last-completed, next-due, days-remaining and past-due indicators. Mileage and engine-hour interval triggers are expanding as telematics feeds come online.

Estimates, Work Orders, Invoices & Receipts

Live

One connected document flow with authorization, technician assignment, parts and labor, and permanent numbering.

Square Payment Processing

Live

Take-payment screen, customer payment links, deposits, partial and full payments, refunds, card-present terminal support, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App Pay, with invoice status synchronization and receipts.

Customer & Fleet Portals

Live

Customer-facing service requests, estimate authorization, invoice history, inspections and compliance visibility.

Maintenance Intelligence & Automated Alerts

Live — Expanding

Service-due rules on time, mileage and engine hours, inspection deficiency tracking and AI-assisted recommendations reviewed by a person before they take effect.

In testing or development

Built or being built. Not advertised as an operational service until validated.

Telematics Integrations (Samsara, Geotab, Verizon Connect)

In Testing

Provider authentication, vehicle matching, mileage and engine-hour import, fault-code import and scheduled synchronization are built and being validated end to end. No provider is represented as production-connected until authentication, import, matching, alerts and error handling pass testing.

Advanced Emissions Diagnostics & Aftertreatment

In Development

DPF, SCR, DEF, regeneration, sensor and derate diagnostics captured as a structured record on the asset, connected to estimates, authorization and work orders. Diagnostic work is performed today inside standard diagnostic and repair workflows; the dedicated emissions record is being built.

Advanced Predictive Analytics

In Development

Pattern recognition across repeat component failures, recurring trouble codes, excessive DPF regeneration and recurring deficiencies.

Smoke-Opacity Testing Support (SAE J1667)

In Development

Permission-controlled capability requiring verified tester credentials, a compatible and calibrated smoke meter, and connected test records. Not offered as a service until the full workflow is built and tested.

Diagnostic Equipment & Technician Credential Registry

In Development

Scan tools, adapters, CARB-validated devices and smoke meters tracked with software version, subscription, calibration and technician assignment, gating who may be assigned regulated work.

Under evaluation

No agreement, integration or committed delivery date.

Customer Financing Options

Under Evaluation

No financing provider is contracted or integrated. Financing is separate from Square payment processing.

Roadmap questions

How do you decide what counts as Live?

A capability is only Live when it is visible in the interface, connected to the rest of the workflow, and tested end to end. Backend code or a database table alone does not make something Live.

Why are telematics integrations listed as In Testing?

Provider authentication, vehicle matching, mileage and engine-hour import, fault-code import and scheduled synchronization are built, but no provider has completed end-to-end validation on live subscriber data yet. We will name each provider as it passes.

Are advanced emissions diagnostics the same as Clean Truck Check testing?

No. Advanced emissions diagnostics diagnose DPF, SCR, DEF, regeneration, sensor and derate conditions. Clean Truck Check is an official California compliance test performed by a credentialed tester, and smoke-opacity testing follows its own applicable requirements. These workflows stay separate.

Is anything on this list required to run compliance today?

No. Inspections, BIT and DOT scheduling, Clean Truck Check tracking, work orders, invoicing and payments are live now.
